Birth & Death Certificates

We can issue certified birth certificates (Abstracts or Image Copies) to anyone born in the State of Ohio. We can issue certified death certificates only to people who died in the city limits of Marietta. Our birth and death records begin in 1908 to present. Certified copies are $25.00 each. Non-certified copies are no longer available.

If  you have a question / concern regarding COVID enforcement or a licensed facility, please contact Barb Bradley, 740-373-0611 ext 2303, or barbbradley@mariettaoh.net with the Marietta / Belpre Health Department.  All other complaints go throuh the Code Enforcement office.

COVID-19 shot, anyone over the age of 16 are now eligible.
